Sinoarmor, part of the Concept East group of companies, has been researching and manufacturing bullet proof and ballistic material since 1996. Using our expertise in PE fibre as a long established manufacturer of naval rope, our engineers have developed the technology to produce highly effective ballistic material using high tenacity and high modulus PE fibre, also known as UHMWPE.
We are a fully vertically integrated manufacturer converting the raw fibre into bullet and fragmentation resistant material and so have great flexibility and expertise producing a wide range of body armor, ballistic helmets, vehicle protective plates and armor plate inserts. We currently produce 1800 tonnes of UHMWPE fibre per year and our factory in Zhejiang is the largest exporter of body armor from China. For more information on our manufacturing process, click here
We have also used our body armor technology to produce protective gloves for industrial and safety use. Using the same PE fibre used for bullet proof material, we now manufacture gloves with cut, abrasion, tear and puncture resistance according to EN388 regulations.

Our factory of 250,000 square metres employs 360 workers. We have 64 fibre production lines, 6 for ballistic fabric and 12 for helmets, so we can manufacture right from the raw material to the finished product. This enables us to ensure consistent quality through the manufacturing process and gives us great flexibility to produce products to our customers' precise requirements. We also regularly use independent testing agencies to ensure our products reach and surpass NIJ standards in every category.
